Logging into your account is the easiest way to check your order status. Order status is usually available 48 hours after placement, including estimated shipping dates for each item. Please note that these dates are subject to change – we recommend visiting your DENNIS account regularly to check for any updates. 

To update your shipping address on an existing order, please submit our Update Shipping Address form. 

Need to cancel an order? Please request a cancellation via our Cancellation Request form or by calling our Customer Care Center. 

Please note that any missing package claims must be made within 90 days of shipment.
